Technicien de génératrice sur la route
Description
We are looking for a talented Field Service Power Generation Technician to join our Distribution Business in Québec city. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Completing repair activities on generators or components
Engaging with customers in a courteous and professional manner
Perform maintenance/repairs utilizing diagnostic tools
Maintain detailed records of service
Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies
Ongoing development/certifications on new and existing Cummins products
Maintain own tools
In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:
1.High Voltage/Low Voltage Experience
2.Minimum of 3 years of experience in diesel mechanics
3.Experience in front-line customer service
4.Driving experience with a company vehicle
5.Experience with instrumentation and control is an asset
6.Experience with generators is an asset
7.A good command of English would be an asset
(Intermediate):
Advanced troubleshooting and repairs of generators, transfer switches, and auxiliary components.
Startup and repair of bypass transfer switch.
Mentor junior technicians including technical support and documentation.
(Advanced):
Setup, troubleshoot and repair basic paralleling generator systems.
Understanding switchgear schematics.
Able to train Entry/Intermediate Technicians .
